Expert in analysing labor relations, social change and social forecasting, Hubert Landier, Phd in Economics, is Vice President of the Agency “Synergence”.

He shares his time between consultancy work, teaching at several universities and colleges, and writing. In short, he acts as a mender of broken pots, ghost hunter and sculptor of clouds.

Among his publications is noted "Divorce à la française" (Dunod, 2006); and, of course, his own blog “SocioLand”.

In addition, Hubert Landier is Vice President of the International Institute of Social Audit (Paris) and and holds an honorary doctorate from the Academy of work and social relations (Moscow).

An elegant lady, stops the BMW she is driving , causing traffic jam that she ignores whole heartedly, is hooting and waving his arms towards the barbershop; she wants to know why the driver is not at his post.

A delivery truck stops in the middle of the road, the driver gets out, lowers his rag, seized quietly his tools, consults its listing and takes care not to look in the direction of the cars that he prevents from passing.

A tenant, at night, is carrying on the road a mattress ripped open, a broken TV, a chair with three legs, a broken bidet, a table lamp out of action, a disjointed pram, plus half a dozen empty bottles.
